After talking w/ Ian, it looks like Richard Winston flipped to New Mexico, and Chamagua did in fact flip to SMU.

Hard to get kids from Florida to come play football in Wyoming.. plus, most of our recruiters have ties to the midwest/Texas/Pacific NW, so we'd have to have someone on staff that has ties to Florida.

He's a good pickup! ESPN has him tied with Sewell and Olive for our best recruits.
