Plus if both schools should lose their lawsuit, there aint going to be much $$ for them to pay off any buyouts. If that happens, I suspect both will be begging the MW for membership invitations.sandiegopoke wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 1:13 pmBarnes can plan all he wants. The end of the article states Barnes wants to rebuild the Pac12. Likely with MW teams.
OSU and WSU open a crack in the MWC door...

My point really was about OSU/WSU playing for a MW title game.Wyokie wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 1:31 pmPlus if both schools should lose their lawsuit, there aint going to be much $$ for them to pay off any buyouts. IMHO as long as Wyoming is a part of this "PAC-14" idea, I don't care what else happens....except for winning a conference championship in football before I'm dead of old age!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!evilpoke wrote: ↑Fri Dec 15, 2023 7:35 pm https://sports.yahoo.com/court-ruling-g ... 17102.html

I wonder if schools leaving are still owed money due to current conference bylaws or if the two can change everything to where they get every dollar. I'd expect they'd try to minimize lawsuits and come to some kind of settlement
