Would any university save money on scholarships to players if those players end up getting NILs?

Probably a dumb question but was just wondering.
I want CHAMPIONSHIPS not chicken poop! And we're getting chicken poop!!!!!!!!!!!

No, completely separate.

Although many schools such as BYU and Texas Tech for example offer very lucrative NIL deals to walk-ons in order to skirt scholarship limits.

yup...saw some lists of schools that will benefit from NIL rules changes....lots of the usual suspects...Texas schools, Florida ... and BYU! It's all about the $$.
