Whew! I saw nothing short of a work in progress in this kid. HT part II.

Agreed. It seems like we throw out a pretty wide net in recruiting. Sometimes I wonder if coaching staffs offer guys and then pull offers when they realize they've got better guys lined up.

Regardless, our staff might be the best in the league at recruiting. We had the number one ranked recruiting class in their first year and probably have a top 2 or 3 class this year with the Pac 12 recruits and Caden Powell. Once might be a fluke, but they've only been here 2 years and are consistently in the top 3 MWC schools at recruiting. Linder and company have a great reputation for evaluation and development while Wyoming has the nicest basketball facilities in the MWC.

It's remarkable how fast it's changed from Wyoming mining diamonds in the ruff to Wyoming recruiting guys that almost everyone in the country wants. This is a pretty impressive offer list so far which is the same thing that happened last year. We were on a bunch of highly rated recruits and ended up getting 4 of them.

We need a big to replace Thompson, so I'm personally pulling for a rim protector like McFarland.

Not really. There's a series of videos on youtube showing his high school team throughout the season, but nothing with just him on it.

There are only little cuts of his summer on twitter.

Is the name just a coincidence? Or is this who I think it is? If so, he is thinner and has more range.

Well, I guess we'll find out later on McFarland. We were the first team on him when his recruiting blew up. He wants to commit late October/early November.

I like our chances even though he didn't commit on his visit.

Makaih Williams is supposed to announce where he's committing today, so it could be him.

That's what I was thinking at first, but the closer it gets to 1:00 mountain time, the more I'm leaning towards Makaih Williams. That's when he's announcing his commitment.
