I'm picking Wyoming to finish 14th overall with 2 All-Americans (Buchanan and Wright).
In tomorrow's first round, I am taking Buchanan over Brown (Army), Wright over Saldate (MSU), Hastings over Finesilver (Duke) with Samuelson falling to Wilson (NIU). Come on Tate, prove me wrong and pull off the upset!
In tomorrow's second round and advancing to the quarterfinals, I am taking Buchanan over Trumble (NCST), Wright with the upset over Monday (PRIN) and Hidlay (NCST) over Hastings. Hidlay is really really good.
It's tournament time tomorrow!! How does Wyoming finish?

A top 15 finish would be awesome. Hopefully we can get multiple AAs. Hope Buchanan has the tournament he wants and what he is capable of.

Stephen didn’t look great, but was in control for a 2-0 victory

Pretty darn good first round for Pokes winning 3 out of 4 with Hastings losing a tough one.
Buchanan looked a bit tentative in his match against Brown of Army. Not really much offense but he rode tough for a 2-0 win.

Wright lost a tough one. He's done.
Hastings locks up a cradle from a single leg and sticks him. Nice!

Buchanan is through to the semis. 4-0. He rode Elam like a rented mule most of the match. Got a takedown right away then rode him out the first then rode the whole second period. That is absolutely demoralizing. Elam got in deep on a couple shots, but Stephen fought them off. Stephen has got to be strong as hell. Unreal brute strength

Hastings with a dominant victory9-0. Got three two point near falls with a bar arm where he reached around the waist and grabbed the same arm he was barring. Don’t know how he didn't end up pinning him tbh. I like the way he’s wrestling today

Sounds like we're doing well. I'm mad I can't watch as much as previous years. How'd Samuelson do that round?

2 big matches tonight!
Hastings v. Labriola of Nebraska. Winner becomes an All-American.
Buchanan v. Jacob Warner of Iowa in the Semi-Finals.

Dang. Hastings was close at the end. Gave up a stupid easy takedown at the beginning and then Nebraska kid just stalled out the whole match. Did he even take a shot the whole match?
