BTW - this isn't Bohl's fault. I'm sure someone is offering Neyor a $1 million or so in NIL money. Wyoming can't (and shouldn't) compete with that.

He had a good year running go routes. His athleticism will get him into an NFL camp if he stays at Wyoming but they'll eat him alive when they realize he is not an actual receiver and only an athlete.

I don't blame the kid at all for pursuing a school with actual coaches running a modern offense.

We all knew this was coming. Still hurts though. What hurts even more is that If we do uncover a diamond in the rough in the future, we can all expect him to transfer to a bigger school. I'm not being pessimistic or a downer. It's just the new normal in college football I guess.

True this for 1 fact only, at least we can play for and have a chance at a National Championship, whereas in this dumb transfer culture what do our teams in D1 at this level have to look forward to play for....sad day...please don't tell me Chambers is our future choice

I never thought I’d agree with SDPoke but I agree with this. FCS schools will likely have more stability with players and we can look forward to playoffs and competing. Not a system where we are a minor league for teams in the same league.

Yet Montana State's starting quarterback entered the Transfer Portal after the season but before the playoffs started.

I agree that this will kill the magic of college football and it instantly turned us into the P5's farm system.

Today has really broken me. We all thought this would happen.

Marble/Williams now Neyor/Williams. It’s coming true

Jesus I’m heartbroken and empty. There’s no delusions anymore. They’ve finally put that last nail in the coffin of G5 schools. If you don’t have boosters willing to pay players it’s over
