I would be surprised if that happens...I have become to believe success at these perennially successful schools does not totally flow from the head coach. The coach might be bad and get canned but the over-performing schools always seem to be the same over time.... Basically a good coach at a bad school can't create long term success.... While a bad coach at a good school will either be successful in spite of their own ineptitude, or get canned quickly.

Boise is perennially successful because they are in the top 2 or 3 of money spent on football in the MWC every year... usually #1. Good coaches help, but so does money.
