A correction - Analu Benabise from Kelly Walsh did not sign. He is a 2021 commit and cannot sign until signing day next fall. He actually placed in the amateur division this past year at the Cowboy Open as a high school junior which is extremely impressive. However, he surprisingly lost at the Ron Thon in Riverton to take second.

I saw he lost at Ron Thon and got a lot less excited about him.OrediggerPoke wrote: ↑Thu Apr 02, 2020 11:05 am A correction - Analu Benabise from Kelly Walsh did not sign. Great recruiting class good to see Wyo wrestling Still able to pull together a good recruit lineup. It’s good to see you’re harder on the Wyo kids. They need it to push them selves ! If we want our wrestlers to compete and be as thought of as GOOD, As the rest of the nation, we need to step up our game. I think Analu will step it up !! He’s that kind of kid. Always pushing forward and learning from every loss. Excited to see him commit to U-dub.

Considering this is your first post, I’m guessing you might have some inside knowledge on Analu Benabise. He certainly must have the ability as was shown by his performance at the Cowboy Open. I’m hoping that his Ron Thon loss lights a fire that he brings to Laramie for 4-5 years. We all want to see the next homegrown Bryce Meredith because wow was he fun to watch and root for.Casper wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 6:16 am Great recruiting class good to see Wyo wrestling Still able to pull together a good recruit lineup. We'll all be pulling for Analu hard - just like any Wyoming kid. Go Pokes!

Stanford had a pretty good recruiting class; Wyoming should take a close look at Stanford's roster.
Sucks that wrestling programs are being gutted.
