I've noticed narcissists and lazy people have a hard time with the no-names-on-the-jerseys concept.

I've noticed. LOL
BTW, we won conference championships (1987, 1988, & shared it in 1993) and played in TWO conference championship games (1996 & 2016) without the names being on the back of the jerseys for those seasons. Again so....
I want CHAMPIONSHIPS not chicken poop! And we're getting chicken poop!!!!!!!!!!!
We've also had a 6-18 stretch and are staring at a 0fer record in conference, so it can't help that f-word muchWyokie wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 6:42 pmI've noticed. LOL

I could care less whether the coach chooses to have names on the back of the jerseys. However, as a person who struggles with names in group settings (I’m good with faces poor with names), I would have them on practice and game jerseys if I were the coach (or at least the old piece of tape on the helmet with the name written on it).

Brett smith jumped into the stands high giving the students who were there and I was in the front row and held him up so he didn’t fall. It was just really cool to have that personal touch in that game. Wyoming won of course.

So the only reason Wyoming hasn't been as successful as they were in the late 80's is the jerseys and the name plates??? You'd better get Burman on the horn, this changes everything...Wyokie wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 6:42 pmI've noticed. LOL

Sorry, I majored in Chemistry and minored in Biology, what can I say? LOL! I have never been able to spell well. LOL! No excuse whatsoever but I wrote it in a hurry and had board on my mind. Again, that is certainly, no excuse. LOL!Wyovanian wrote: ↑Wed Oct 24, 2018 5:34 pmOh, you meant Border War game, not Board war game...
Have to be the '86 game in FoCo. Bunch of the CSEwe frat boys started a turf war in the north end zone grass area. No, literally, a turf war. Started pulling chunks of grass and dirt out and throwing it. The announcer actually said, "Would the fans in the north stands please refrain from throwing the turf."
We lost a close game, but I ended up banging the sh-t out of a hot little debutante I met at the game that night...
