You're right, we aren't the best G5 team this year. So what? That's not a reason to fire your coach.
Losing is one thing, being dominated/humiliated is a whole other story.
Two years ago we were dominated/humiliated by Nebraska and still made it to the conference championship game. Last year we were dominated/humiliated by Oregon and to a lesser extend Iowa and still won 8 games. We'll be fine.
We also still lost 6 games two years ago, and 5 games last year.

Our lack of offense is going to make every game outside of New Mexico St tough. Defensive and special teams scores will be critical.

Culture and coaching is very important to have a successful football program. The culture is not that great in Wyoming since they just had a scholarship receiver leave the program today. The scholarship athlete was number one on the depth chart 3 weeks in a row.
