The Annual Montana / Wyoming Basketball games are tonight in Sheridan Wyoming. The Girls play first and the Boys are the night cap. This is a look at the Boy’s game. I am going to spend a little more space here on the Wyoming teams assuming that most of the readers of my Blog might be more familiar with the Montana players.

SHERIDAN, Wyo. - If there was any suspense surrounding the 69th game between the Montana All-Stars and the Wyoming All-Stars, it disappeared very early.

Montana dominated during a wire-to-wire 114-53 victory in the first game of the 35th annual series Friday at Sheridan College's Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome. The series continues Saturday at 8 p.m. at Rocky Mountain College's Fortin Center.

Butte High's Lexie Nelson scored a game-high 23 points - including nine in overtime - to help lift Montana .

The victory stretched Montana's winning streak to six games over Wyoming. The all-stars from the Treasure State have now won 10 of the last 13 in the series.
