The following are a list of teams with fewer wins this season than Wyoming men's basketball (7-22):
Denver (6-23)
Idaho State (6-20)
Northwestern (6-21)
Cornell (6-17)
Columbia (6-20)
The Citadel (6-22)
SE Louisiana (6-22)
Saint Joseph's (5-23)
Western Illinois (5-20)
Maryland Eastern-Shore (5-23)
Central Connecticut (4-26)
Arkansas Pine-Bluff (4-23)
Chicago State (4-24)
Delaware State (3-24)
Holy Cross (3-27)
Houston Baptist (3-23)
Howard (2-26)
Mississippi Valley State (2-25)
Kennesaw State (1-27)

That's it. That's the whole list. Out of 351 D1 basketball teams there are 19 teams with fewer wins than us. We beat two of them this year (Denver and Idaho State).

To put this all in perspective, Cal State Fullerton beat us this year by 7 points IN LARAMIE. They're 10-18 this year. They only won 4 road games.

Last year we went 8-24 overall and 4-14 in conference, and that was with 7 healthy scholarship players. If we win another game this season I will be shocked. Our final record will most likely be 7-22 and 2-17 in conference.

Let's all remember these quotes from Burman after last season:
“I have a lot of confidence he’ll get it done. I do,” Burman told the Star-Tribune

Edwards has laid out a thorough plan to get the program back on track. It includes everything from recruiting to player development to the strength and conditioning program.

“Next year, I’m not going to put a number on it,” Burman said. “I’m not going to say we’ve got to win x (number of games) to continue down the same path, but we’ve got to make dramatic improvement.”
Either Allen Edwards is the best salesmen in college basketball, or Tom Burman is the dumbest AD we've ever had. I can't fathom any middle ground.

Don’t Worry it will be over soon and then Burman can make another bad hire. Maybe we should bring back McClain that will work!

Let’s Break Down Wyoming’s Wins:

Idaho State at Home: 6-20 overall (3-14 Big Sky)
Detroit at Home: 7-23 overall (5-12 Horizon)
Louisiana-Lafayette at Home: 12-17 overall (7-11 Sun Belt)
At Denver: 6-23 overall (2-13 Summit)
Nebraska-Wesleyan at home: non-scholly
At SJSU: 7-22 overall (3-14 MWC)
At Air Force: 11-18 overall (5-12 MWC)

Not a single win that could be argued as being a remotely quality win. There is no way anyone could objectively look at this season’s results (combined with last year) and see any justification for not blowing it up and bringing in a new coach.
