Track the Former Pokes

I am sure some of you don’t want to follow this thread and that’s fine and understandable. But seeing how this could be a rough season, I thought something interesting to follow is how the former Pokes are doing on their new teams.

Unfortunately, Neyor is out for the season with a torn ACL. Huge blow to him.

Valladay had a very good first week starting for Arizona State. He had 15 carries for 116 yards yards and 2 touchdowns in the Sun Devils 40-3 win over Northern Arizona.

Thanks for the update. I was curious how X did. Nayor will play next season then off the NFL , he is just too good not to get a chance. Heck I thought he won the CSU game last season which saved Bohl's job .

Most of the dudes on this board chase women, I hope. It is one of the best things in life. Levi has made a commitment and more power to him. Bohl said he sucked anyway, right?

Levi didn't leave to chase his girlfriend (his now fiancee). He left for the same reason that Sean did, he didn't like where he was or the people there (*cough* Polasek *cough*). The fact that his girl was at Utah State is what led him to Logan.

In other words, he was leaving regardless of a girl, she just determined where he ended up.

That is uncalled for. Is this how you refer to your wife in public?

In true Sean Chambers fashion:
0/2 passing for 0 yards.
7 rushes for 23 yards and 2 TDs.

Montana State 40 McNeese State 17.

No, but you should hear how she refers to herself in private 😉

This looks familiar outside the passing TD's
Sean Chambers 3 for 7 passing with 30 yards and 2 TD and 7 Rushing attempts for 127 yards (long 55 yards) and 2 rushing TD's as Montana State defeats Morehead State out of the Pioneer League 63-13.

I thought they had a good qb that got injured in the championship last year. Is he still hurt?

They do. Mellott is the QB and he is starting. Looks like they have special packages for Chambers and also bring him in when the game is out of reach.

Sean Chambers has a pro potential if he goes to tight end. Don’t know why he wouldn’t.

Sean would have to hit the weight room hard, he's nowhere near the right size for an NFL right end

Going to the Texas Tech/Texas game today. Wish Neyor were not injured just for curiosity's sake and honestly so I could justify my being pissed that he transferred. I wonder how much playing time he'd be getting.

Neyor was named a starter prior to the injury.

Sean Chambers went from a situational quarterback to the full time quarterback when starting Montana State qb Tommy Mollett was knocked out of the game. Chambers made up for an interception in the end zone and scored the winning touchdown today as Montana State escaped Cheney Washington with a 38-35 win over Eastern Washington.

Bobcat fans are beginning to like him a lot.
