Finally a first down pass but negated by the hold and now we give up and try to run the clock out and csu blows that strategy up by using timeouts. Out coached in this game so far

Who is responsible for coaching the players on how to block and how to listen to the QB? You are just pointing out how vigen isn't coaching this team very well and developing them to be better. these are first game mistakes not third game of the season mistakes

Once you get that far behind the sticks... It is absolutely the right call to force them to use the time outsWyomingAgJ wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 8:40 pm Finally a first down pass but negated by the hold and now we give up and try to run the clock out and csu blows that strategy up by using timeouts. What's the difference between running into the kicker and roughing the kicker?

He hit our punter pretty square. I don’t know how that wasn’t a PF'PokeForLife wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 8:43 pm What's the difference between running into the kicker and roughing the kicker?

Well... For what it's worth... It feels like all the stuff that has not gone our way is kind of in our control.... Mainly penalties and turnovers. CSU is playing cleaner and with more energy but it's not like they are dominating the whole way.

And we keep getting into the backfield too.
This is the situation as I see it: CSU wants the boot back more than the Pokes want to keep it. But that could change with the right halftime talk. The media all week has been pointing to how the sheep have been fired up.
