So, it looks like Xavier Carter has 4.3 speed. Maybe our new return man in addition to playing safety? The future looks bright for the Poke's football team. Congratulations and welcome to all of them.

Forgot to add the in-state kid from Cody with a PWO:
I’m glad that people are posting the PWO recruits as well. So important to have them. I believe Garrett Crall was one and probably a few more. Josiah Hall? Anyway with a program like ours, it’s so important to find those guys and develop them.

Yes, Wyo has had some big success with walk-ons in recent years: Garrett Crall, Josiah Hall, Marcus Epps to name a few.

ICYMI: Good article on K/P Nick Null. Bohl cannot announce his signing until Null has enrolled (grad transfer). Nebraska offered at the last minute.
“I try not to worry about coming in and replacing an All-American-caliber player,” Null said. “In my mind, I’m an All-American-caliber player. In my mind, I know I can go out and win a Lou Groza Award."
“I have a very strong leg,” said Null, who played his high school ball at Manatee High in Bradenton, Florida. “I feel confident kicking at a lot of places on the field.”
Always good to have confidence in a kicker. And no doubt he has a big leg. However, accuracy is very important too. Though I'm sure he's pretty accurate, and will love kicking at altitude.

It says he is 'enrolling in March.' That seems strange in any program...in law school, all first years take the exact same classes and start in the fall and there is no choice in that.

Adding a couple recent articles on Joshua Cobbs, Tyrese Grant and Colin O'Brien from the trib.com:
JUCO signee Colin O'Brien set to join Wyoming's TE competition this spring
“We always try to find a couple of guys that are move guys and guys that have the physicality to block a defensive end at the point of attack,” Bohl said. “So you’re looking for a couple of different combinations there. We feel like he’s got the ability to run, but certainly he’s going to be a big, big strong guy.”
Latest WR signees fall in line with Wyoming's efforts to get bigger at the position
“Really like the fact Tyrese played on both sides of the ball and is very competitive,” UW recruiting director Ian McGrew said. “We feel like he’s going to bring a little bit of a different element to our receiver room.”
“(Cobbs will) be a strong, physical guy to go up and get the football and then be a physical blocker,” Bohl said. Make no mistake, (Cobbs) has got great ball skills,” Bohl said."
