Three coaches?! Jesus, Bohl needs to file a restraining order against Rolovich.

Someone made a comment about Leach not offering our recruits anymore because he’s gone but now they just take our coaching staff

I can remember rolovich talking about how Wyoming was the worst team in the conference a couple of years ago. Now he poaching nearly our entire defensive staff. He might be my new most hated coach. However, I also do not like our coaches making that decision together. Let's just f-word the program over. What do the players feel right now other than betrayal.

Not a happy dude at the moment

Me too man. I’m fuming. Maybe because it was Dickerts first year after being promoted and then he f-word us. Feels different than Hazelton. I want to write bad poop to him on twitter lol.

Not wishing those 3 ass wipes bad luck, but here's hoping WSU is in the bottom of the PAC 12 for the next 5 years or so, long enough for these 3 to end up back at a junior college.

I'm sure there is no chance but like others are saying on Twitter, first call should be to Rocky Long

Would any of you guys turn down $50-100K more a year to move to a competitor? I wouldn't. Nature of college football. Or any sport for that matter.

He was just a coordinator for 1 year. Sure he wasn’t that great. Had to do more with the players and the system in place. See what he does at WSU

Rolovitch can suck a big fat one.

Losing 3 guys hurts. A lot.

Sucks but I guess it’s a good sign that our DCs are getting poached by the P5.... To bad it’s not our OC.

Huuuge salary difference. I think Dickert was making $250,000. Multiply that by 2.7 and you get what Claey was making:

"Assistant coaches earned $3.4 million, with defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys ($676,875) and defensive line coach Jeff Phelps ($434,824.50) the two highest paid. Claeys is the only assistant with performance-based incentives included in his contract..."

Can't expect coaches to stay around forever, especially when you are going to Power 5 and doubling your salary.

All are a tough loss but Richardson is a big loss, he's arguably UW's best recruiter.

Yeah...this is no good. This is the kind of stuff that makes sustained success in college football really difficult. If you demonstrate any kind of ability you will move on to greener (you know what kind of green i'm talking about) pastures.

I think the program/team will be alright, but this is a kick in the sack in the short term. Three coaches (recruiters) lost a few days after the dead period ends? Remaining coaches will need to put sleep on layaway.

This will at least be interesting in one respect....we'll get to see how a Wyoming style defense will perform when the offense plays at a much higher pace.

If Bohl doesn't make the right hires next season could get real ugly since it's obvious Vigen is sticking around.
