Well this is a loaded question.. I think it depends on who the QB is? If it is Chambers, and I think it will be, how much will he improve as a passer? Will Vigen pull his head out of his butt? There's a lot to consider.

Anyway, I believe our leading receivers will be in this order

1. One of the RS freshmen. I have a hunch it will be Neylor, don't know why, but I think it will be him.
2. Another RS freshman. Probably Brown, but it could be Jennings, too. I hope none of these three transfer out.
3. Eberhardt. He's a good football player. I've been impressed with him tackling people on special teams.
4. Gentry. Needs to catch what's thrown at him more. Also does well tackling people on special teams which is an important part of the game.
5. Weiland. An Eberhardt clone. Did he play special teams? Seems that Gentry and Eberardt were the 'gunners' or the people that line out wide on punts and try to make tackles.
6. Crow. same. Needs to catch the passes he does get.

Edit: We need to consider the TEs, too. If Marcotte can come back healthy (I don't even know what he injured, but I assume it was an ACL) he will be a weapon. The MN TE, Welch, could be a weapon, too. I predict Marcotte, if healthy, will be the 3rd leading receiver next year.

A little disturbing that we don't have a WR or TE with more than 9 career catches. Hopefully we get some pleasant surprises next season.

Jackson Marcotte 9 rec for 127 yards (2 TDs)
Ayden Eberhardt 7 rec for 154 yards
Gunner Gentry 6 rec 130 yards
Dontae Crow 5 rec for 70 yards

Note: Marcus Harris only had 1 reception his freshman year.

Our passing game has been piss poor for the last two years with Chambers under center.

People really should show more respect to Raghib Ismail Jr.'s Dad, Raghib "Rocket" Ismail. He EARNED the nickname "Rocket". His son... more like Bottle Rocket...

Just give Levi time with Vigen and he'll learn that UW QBs are supposed to suck as passing. He hasn't gotten the memo yet.

Looking at the 2016 class, I think it is also worth noting that I think both Ayden Eberhardt and Dontae Crow were maybe walk-ons to start.

Leppke was brought in as a QB walk-on, I believe. He swapped to receiver to help the team/see the field. He transferred so he could be a QB again.

But then ended up being a WR anyway at his new school.

That is correct. I listed players the year they joined the team regardless if they were scholarship, grey shirt, walk-on, etc. I'm sure I missed a few players.

There was a guy named Nick Wilson that was a WR on our roster at one time. I have no idea where he ended up.

Of all the injuries that happened last year, not getting CJ Johnson back was maybe the worst of them

What’s you guys opinion of the program? Do any of you have kids playing or has kids playing there? My son is being recruited and was trying to get info. I have heard great things about Bohl at his previous Coaching job.

I would imagine that we are all fans here ... We are all drinking the Kool-aid. If your trying to counsel a young man who is being recruited...I hope that a fan message board is low on the list of resources. That being said...It seems like Bohl has been a good representative for the University.

Never know who is on the boards. Good or bad info is just that...info. The coaches are coming to the house and usually want questions about the program. Thought there might be some insight here. I did notice someone mentioned one of the the TE had an undisclosed injury.
