I thought the scouting report on this qb was he was a statue and couldn't move. We can't get a hit on him all night. Are we just that slow or were the reports all wrong?

Well that's what happens when you only attempt 6 passes a game. On the games where you need passes to come back to win (Tulsa, sdsu) you don't have them because you never even attempt them in any games.

Can't and won't ever win a mw championship with solely a running team. Have to be able to mix it up and have some balance on offense

Man this game is as frustrating as any I’ve seen under Bohl. Had complete control, they make adjustments and Pokes don’t. Say what you want about execution, the players were not put into positions to succeed in the second half. This one is square on the coaching staff. Bohl and Co got out coached

Well that's what happens when you only attempt 6 passes a game. On the games where you need passes to come back to win (Tulsa, sdsu) you don't have them because you never even attempt them in any games.

Or mayby a bad throw is a bad throw...that throw ends the game whether or not we had thrown it 100 times....Does anybody think the reason we have no passing game is because we don't attempt enough...lol. With this group, the more we pass it the higher chance we have of losing. Our best shot at winning this one was for the defense to Rise up when we went ahead ... same as at Tulsa. Need to be able to stop people from driving the length of the field in the fourth quarter.

It moved in his arm. I think it was pretty clearly pinned between his forearm and body as the ball didn't move, but it wasn't clear enough to overturn the call on the field. Personally, I think it's silly that a ball that touches the ground can be considered a catch, but that's how it is.

I would say having the lead and being a defensive stop away from salting it away is the definition of being in a position to win the game...defense let this one get away...Thier qb pulled this game out of his ass...sux for us...props to him i guess.

Yeah because practicing passing more doesn't lead to more consistency. The best passing QBs in the nation only throw 6 times a game because that's how you get into a rhythm. Right...

Maybe when we played unlv and we're destroying them we should have practiced a few passes, then maybe there would be some accuracy on a deep pass by our qb. Never passing the ball equals no accuracy.

Bad throws get better with practice. We throw it bad when we need a critical pass because we had only tried to pass it a handful of times the entire season.

Passing the ball in games doesn't mean being a spread offense. It means passing the ball more then 3 times in a half and mixing up the playcalling some.

2 games and counting we have lost when we needed to pass the ball at the end to try to win. I predict at least 2 more for the same reason
