I believe that there are studies that show if you can't spend at least a week at altitude, then it is best to spend as little time as possible and to arrive closest to game time. The Patriots used this when they decided to train in the Springs for a week for a game in Mexico City.

The Gagliardi interview begins around the 24:20 mark. A lot of southern drawl and a few cringeworthy comments.

No. That's Mary Sue Hawkins, one of their cheerleaders.

By the way, why did they name the stadium in Fort Fudd "Canvas Stadium"? Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to name it "Up-To-Our-Eyeballs-in-Debt Stadium"?

Josh Conklin: ok guys I got ahold of Wyoming’s game plan. On first down they plan to run it up the middle. Then when it is second and nine they will run it up the middle again. Then when it is third and seven they’ll throw a five yard pass and then punt. They plan to do this over and over until we’re worn out. So make sure you drink plenty of pickle juice to fight the effect of elevation.
