Solid showing of UW fans at FAU (2200 miles away)...

Maybe 1000...probably closer to 750 though. Not bad, considering. The stadium was a laugher...a real high school feel...and they ran out of Bud Light WTF?! Anyone snag a picture of the stadium / UW fans, that they can post? I am not that technologically sound...

I don't put any weight into Bowl Projections this early...

But thought it was interesting some schlep (actually some Schlabach) picked UW to face I-da-Ho on the blue turf in Boise.

Re: It was good......

I saw it with my own eyes. It's hard to think sun belt refs are worse than the mtn west but they are! I did as well...but couldn't tell exactly from where we were all sitting. Interesing point about it though, the kick did go left...but the ref on the right side of the poles was the one that origin...

Re: Apparently DC and an FAU Coach Had Words

First things first, the NCAA needs to investigate the worst officials in college football history. Yep! We were hometowned from the get go. And let me tell you all...what I saw on the field, was a scrappy Wyoming team playing the Florida Penitentiary Allstars...they were a dirty team (reminded me o...

Of course, we will be there in mass. I hope the state shows up to support the pokes...this is a critical game...

WyoNation...call your friends & grab your neighbors, let's show the pokes some great support!

Re: WyoNation Player of the Game: Week 5

What?!? No love for #33? Best game of his career, and many clutch grabs, and no love? He may have been scared against Texass (running out of bounds, ducking, sliding, whimping out), but the kid showed he has a beanbag last Saturday! Leonard has my vote!

CSewe's loss to Idaho doesn't surprise me one bit...

They (Idaho) had a Head Coach, and staff, in 2006, that can recruit. His recruits that stayed in place, are paying off. In fact, that same HC did the same for the Wyoming Cowboys in 1986. Again, not surprising at all that they are winning this year.

Re: Nothing makes me smile like...

Amen. That guy is such a douche. He was a wanted man on campus when he missed that PAT against UVA here a few years ago. I cheer every time he misses a kick for CU and drowns Hawkins coaching career for good. dapokes...I completely agree. Aric Notsogoodman...what a piece. Does anyone remember his d...

Re: Coach has a kidney stone

I sure hope so if he cant idk how much of a chance we have to win A good coach (like a good executive or manager), will have a support staff that will continue with or without him, with no hiccups. If he wasn't there for health reasons, I would even venture to say the team may even play better (you...

Re: Special teams

I don't remember the last time the Pokes had as good a special teams game as against UNLV. The FG kicking was good, the punting and coverage was great and the kickoffs were adequate. Kudos. It'd be great if this goes from a liability to something you don't have to worry about. One other thing - is ...

Re: Lets see we are in the up part of the cycle

i think this is the most important game yet if we win were 3-2 and a winning record but if we lose our morale is down and we are 2-3 losing record big big game The "next game" is always the most important...not the one after that, or not the one last week. I agree though, if UW comes into...

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/columns/story?columnist=oneil_dana&id=4512023 The buzz-saw called Loyola-Marymount...ahhh what could have been had they not been a peaking program that year. If I remember, UNLV ran them into the ground in a later NCAA round. I forgotten that Fennis shot & kill...

Who backed out in order for us to play the Owls Saturday?

Was it Bowling Green? Ohio? For some reason, I thought it was Bowling Green. Who would you rather play, 1 & 3 Bowling Green or FAU? I say FAU!

Re: Mike Locksley...wow.

Sounds like the makings of a one year and done contract. As poorly as they are playing, stupid mistakes like this take on a whole lot more weight than if the team were winning some games... I can't believe NM is hanging with him to be honest. There is a mess at NM right now...and Locksley is smack ...

Effing Steelers. I look at them a lot like bWHYu. Just when you think you can trust the pricks to win, and you wager or pick them, they drop a load in their shorts and lose. I hate Pittsburgh.

Who has FAU played so far? I guess vegas is still pissed we beat their team... They lost to #23 Nebraska (who was 1 pt away from beating VT and being 4 & 0) in Lincoln 49 - 3 They lost to #29 South Carolina (who was 4 pts awaw from beating GA and being 4 & 0) in SC 38 - 16 They lost to ULM ...

FAU 3.5 - 4 point FAVORITE this Saturday

Will be interesting to see if the spread changes this week, like last.

I truly think we were flat against Ceeew because we blew our load against the Horns. Hope we didn't crank one out against the Rebels!

Re: Traditions

If we want things to happen (like the WYO chant back and forth) we need to JUST DO IT! When it catches on, it'll be loud enough that the Dept will have no choice. They'll find other ways to create revenue and get sponsors names around the War, trust me. Right you are...and I bet the band and cheer ...
