Re: Will DC leave?
I think the key to the last 15+ years is exactly that Coach Tiller was run off in the face of a 10-win season by a new AD (Lee Moon) who refused to talk about an extension earlier. I also remember comments in the student section during the course of that season that, despite what we were watching on...

Re: Basketball Unis
There should be a real Brown option as well. I like the rest.
If it were me, I would try to get the checkerboard pattern down the side similar to what Brandenburg used just to evoke some good memories for the old timers. I know Marquette did that recently.

Re: Quick hits on Shyatt's 4 new signees [Gagliardi]
If we go 3 guard, with one of the W's for the big can afam and nance handle the 4 spot? For what it is worth, last time Coach was on campus, he ran 3 guards (Jerron Roberst played #3) and Justin French played a small #4/baseline at about 6'6". Jeff Allen played a true center. I have always lik...

Re: MW to invite USU and SJSU if BSU and AFA leave [SL Trib]
I like both Utah State and Idaho. I wanted USU over Fresno St. last time around. Beyond football, at least Idaho is a real school and not simply a modified JuCo like Boise St. is. Last time I looked, you can't even get a PhD from Boise St or SJSU. Both Idaho and USU really are natural fits with Wyom...

Re: Hair Speaks in San Diego Paper
As far as I am concerned SJSU can stay away. They do not field competative teams, they have minimal fan following, folks in Wyoming couldn't care less about the game and, worst of all, they are not even close to our academic peer. They do not even offer PhD programs which makes them a glorified JuCo...

Re: Cheyenne South is a joke, not only do they steal the mas
it is only lame because it is the same mascot AND colors, obviously. Duh, colors will be duplicated and mascots will be duplicated, but no reason for both For what it is worth, both Sheridan and Cody are blue/yellow, broncs and played in the 4A North. Moorcroft and Green River and green/black and t...

I assume that BYU to the Big East would mean that AFA and Boise State go too?

John Burrough: Pinedale, UW, Falcons
Lee Vaughn: Cheyenne East, UW, Drafted by Dallas but blew a knee in training camp.
I still think we should claim our own LDS kids that went to BYU. (CSU is another story).

Re: Tweet from Wolf at UW
He didn't do well at Clemson. I'm not sure why. My guess is that most coaches would be able to get over the hump at Clemson or any other ACC program not named Duke or North Carolina . I was a fan of Coach Shyatt while he was in Laramie, remained so after he left, and did not blame him for taking th...
