Re: Past Transfers out of Laramie
I took a look at the transfers that are listed so far. it seems most transfers are going from one G5 team to another, and in the MWC many are staying in the conference. So I don't think these transfers are all players thinking they'll be big stars on a bigger stage by going to a P5 program. To me, i...

Re: What is Bohl's fault and what is not.
I'm with WYCowboy on this one. The NCAA screwed it all up. The Autonomous 5, to me, made their moves to wrestle power away from the NCAA.

Re: Surviving NIL and transfer rules
While I don't like to see anything that'll hurt our program, I'm all for the players doing what they feel is best for them. NCAA football brings in more revenue than the NFL. These coaches get paid incredible amounts of money. If they have success they jump to a better gig, and if they fail and get ...

Re: Your thoughts on conference realignment rumors?
What are your thoughts on the rumors of CSU and AFA to the AAC? I have a hard time believing it. Financially, it just doesn't seem to make sense. The next AAC television contract is almost certainly going to be worse, with the departure of Houston, UCF and Cincinnati. Travel costs will be significa...

Re: Chambers….
I'm officially over Chambers. Hes not good at throwing a football. That means he has to be a game manager. A game manager can't make that many bad reads or chuck up a prayer into double coverage. Bad passing and bad decisions won't win a MWC title. I think its time to give someone else a chance. At...

Re: Dark cloud in this silver lining.
4-0 One can choose to be miserable or one can choose to support this team that finds ways to win. Don't get me wrong...I'm weirdly not miserable about it....not really happy about it though. I think I'm getting a decent feel for who this program is in the modern college football landscape. I still ...

Re: Vander Waal in the transfer portal
We do need him for our bowl game though. Hopefully, he can still be available. I normally have insight but don't on this. However, I think there is ZERO chance he plays in Tucson. Knowing Bohl the way I do I also think there is zero chance he even makes the trip. I've been wrong before but this wou...

Re: Wyo @ Tulsa
Offense sucks but if your down in this team you need to f-word off. I totally agree. We're 7-1 in our last 8 games with wins against our over the border rivals, Howdy Dowdy and Missouri. We'll probably win our next 3 games and be 6-1 and bowl eligible. I'd like to see some excitement with the O, bu...

Nevada wins. Looks like CSU won't pull it off vs. Colorado and Hawaii beat ASU, so the MWC starts at 2-2 vs P5 teams. Hopefully Fresno, Boise and we can do some damage on Saturday to the P5 teams.

You mediocre striving d-Bags ....oh, guess my post would make your type angry. Come this fall, I'm chasing elk or casting a line....that sure beats sitting in a half empty stadium with a bunch of d-bags yelling "Go Pokes" and doing the Cottoneyed Joe when we finally score to make it a 38 ...

I’m in Seattle right now. It’s my favorite major city in America. Snow capped mountains any which way you look and huge bodies of water everywhere. Very little violent crime compared to other cities. Just lovely.

This reporter is total poop, regardless of whether you believe Josh is playing well or not. He says he’s “delighted” if Josh does something poorly, just so he can say or feel his useless prediction was right?! Report what’s happening ass hole, not report what’s happening as it compares to your poop ...

Re: Schools who didn't get invited to a bowl...
UW didn't get a bid because they weren't very good this year, like most years. Plain and simple. For the folks complaining about BYU...they'd kick the poop outta UW this year and it isn't close. Shoulda, coulda, woulda beat this team or that team...the Cowboys didn't take care of business. Besides,...

Re: Possible bowl gane
I guess I'll be the wet blanket on the bowl watch. I don't see any point in going to some minor bowl game in a 3/4 empty stadium. Our future star QB won't be playing anyway. The payout for these little bowls is so poor that the school probably loses money on the deal. It's a long a season and the p...

Re: 6-6!!! What a Down year.
Not sure if anyone remembers a few weeks back, but I had stated that we’d be 6-6 and that it’s nice that we could consider .500 a down year rather than 4-8’s or 2-10’s. We had major question marks going into the season. I only predicted four wins... until I saw the team play the first two games. Th...

Re: It's Time for Intervention
The crazy thing is after we get bashed by Utah State next week, we could win the last 4 and become bowl eligible and then maybe beat whoever we play in the bowl game and end up with 7 wins! That's an average of 7.6 wins a a year for the last 3 years, along with 3 straight bowl games Combine that wi...

Re: What do you think going forward?
Everyone says we wouldn’t be successful at FCS, but nobody really knows that. What we know for a fact is we by and large cannot compete at the FBS level. This year is not going well, but we've been competing the past couple of years; 8 wins, bowl games. If these were all 2 win year's, then the argu...

Re: What do you think going forward?
What will happen: Bohl will stick around, the Cowboys will be even worse next year thanks to graduation losses. He will blame it on having a young team. A year later he will guide the team to a four win season and will be fired. Wyoming will hire a new coach who will also flounder, because competit...

Re: Wyo @ Fresno Game Thread
Do you think that Bohl knew before the season that this was going to be a rough year and that he told Burman this before they played their first game? I don't think so. Bohl stated at the start of the year this was his best team yet at Wyoming. After that dominating performance by the Wyoming defen...
