Re: Chance to make some hay in the schedule...
Folks, even if Wyoming won all 3 games they would still be on the outside of the NCAA tournament after that 3 game strech in any kind of bracketology IMO. barring some kind of run where they go undefeated the rest of the way to win the MWC, Wyoming isn't getting an a large bid with no signature OOC...

I have to agree as well. First time I tried Left Hand Brewery I fell in love with it. Haven't been disappointed with one of their beers yet, but I'm only about halfway through trying everything they have to offer.

Re: Is Philip Nelson looking at Wyoming?
Rutgers is not officially in the Big Ten until July 1st. Therefore, Nelson can transfer to Rutgers without it being an "in-conference" transfer.alyssa wrote:Bad choice.
That means he will stay in the Big 10. How does that happen?

Re: OT: Living In Wyoming
Just a few questions from an "outsider" -Cheyenne is the largest city, so why is Casper the town known as "the big city"? Does Cheyenne have more of a small-town feel to it? -Is there a story behind why UW is in Laramie, and not Casper or Cheyenne? Honestly to me, Casper and Che...

Hahaha...he's complaining about that?! That's a pretty sorry excuse for a sprained ankle. I've seen high school freshman girls play on ankles worse than that. What a whiny little bitch.

Re: Northwestern players file paperwork to unionize...
Despite the massive costs of operating a football team, most (if not all) FBS schools football (and basketball) programs turn a large profit. However, once you use that income to pay for your other 12-20 sports, many athletic departments run in the red even with student fees. Actually, the article ...

Uhh...a 10.88 100 meter time  If that is true, he most definitely runs a faster 40 than 4.69...more like a 4.29 I think Herron was in the 10.5 range. This kid is fast...probably in the 4.45 range. 4.29 is world class. I may have got a little over zealous, but a 10.88 is certainly in the low 4....

Per the following link, Northwestern tuition is just over $45,000 a year. Throw in books and room & board and a full-ride scholarship is coming in at over $60,000 a year. If you redshirt, they just gave you an education valued at over $300,000; not to mention the added earnings that a degree fro...

Re: Top ranked CO wrestler wants to come to UW
He won the Top of the Rockies this past weekend (which is pretty much the toughest tournament in the region and has been since I was in HS). Could turn out to be a good get. We need to actively recruit Tevis Bartlett from Cheyenne East!! He has FBS football offers already, but could be a beast if h...

Re: Northwestern players file paperwork to unionize...
The NCAA signed a $6 billion dollar deal with CBS to host their tournament.. I'd say the NCAA is rolling in money. It was actually $10.8 billion spread out over a 14 year span. So yes, the NCAA has money, but they are spending the vast majority of it. The NCAA sponsors 23 sports, 13 of which have b...

Re: Northwestern players file paperwork to unionize...
The part that makes me laugh the most is when a Big 5 conference athlete starts spouting off "we make the NCAA billions of dollars, we should get some". As if the NCAA is just pocketing all this money for profit. Besides their obvious operating costs, the money generated by D1 football and...

The first time I met Kenny, I was down at Larry's barber shop waiting to get my hair cut, and in walks Kenny Sailors. On the outside, I smiled and said hello. But inside - I'm not gonna lie - I geeked out a little bit, I'm thinking "Holy poop, it's Mother F@#$ing Kenny Sailors, this dude invent...

Holy poop potato, do you even follow Wyoming football??? My comment was in reference to our MLB a few years back, Oliver Schober from GERMANY . It was a joke referencing how even though he wasn't a kicker, he ended up being our kickoff specialist because he could boot the hell out of the ball. It wa...

We've still got 3 or 4 Germans on the roster, just let them take care of the backup duties.

A lot of the guys coming in the next couple weekends fit that description. I hope you're right.
