I gotta say, this was the best Branch coaching job I've seen since he arrived in Wyoming. Bryce beat a higher ranked ex teammate, and continued to the National Championship. That will help recruiting, any way you look at it. So proud of Bryce & Harms!! Job well done!! top 20 finish!!

I don't have any doubt that Branch can recruit at this level - Meredith being the perfect example, and holy schnikes can that kid wrestle!! McCulley has seemed more consistent this year than last year. Cox had a tough second day at the Scuffle, hope he uses it as fuel for his final collegiate run at the NCAAs.

Impressive win by the Pokes on Sunday. Can't wait to see where the Pokes end up when the dust settles at the Southern Scuffle. It should give us a good idea what to expect at the NCAAs.

Mendenhall beat #8/8/11 ranked Chris Mecate of Old Dominion - I love to see those big upsets from this team, it shows how damn tough Branch has been on them. Great pickup for Coach Branch & the Pokes!! Thank you state of Nebraska. When I see young men like this signining on, it makes me hope that Cox will stick around and help coach the lighter weights.

Really glad to see Cox take another Cowboy Open Title. It was also nice to see Harms step up, I really hope he can finally stay healthy for an entire season. I also like McCulley in the 174 slot, it should make our dual team stronger. Colgan looks like he will fit in well at 157. Surprised to see B....

That sucks if Beard isn't wrestling. I like this years poster, and that picture of Stroh ripping off someone's head isn't bad either. I can't wait for the season to start.
