Re: So if I offended some byu fans, I'm sorry
I didn't mean to hurt your feelers... Durning trying times like this, I believe in the power of prayer. So cougar brethren, pray. And sometimes... shake it up a little. Have u tried single knee prayer? Or squeezing butter between your fingers during prayer. It may help. As a last resort, and don't ...

Nice f-word ethics Cuttslam. I would be scared as poop if you were defending me.
I will admit, Troy told the guy to dive and he started rolling around like an English soccer player.
All the while, our entire team was wearing jerseys that read, "Honor" on the back...

Re: Thoughts on Cowboy Basketball
I prefer a guy like Luster. Let the other guys on the team score, and do everything else well. Just because you're point doesn't shoot it a lot doesn't mean he isn't effective. I wasn't going to bring it up, but this is why I can't take you seriously when it comes to PG's. Do you remember telling e...

Re: Thoughts on Cowboy Basketball
Ewing scored a lot of points, but he wasn't all that either. He just shot it 30 times a game. He didn't shoot it at a very high percentage. He didn't hit many game winners. Re: Thoughts on Cowboy Basketball
People on this board are prejudice towards short white point guards. I get it with Lieberman, because he took 2/3 of the season to play his best ball of the season and still be a liability. Cody Kelly isn't a bad back up point guard option. He can shoot, he can shoot free throws, and he didn't turn...

Re: What a memorable game!
After they made the announcement on the P.A. at the game that snowballs would result in a 15 yard penalty, I saw a couple of the CSU fans that were left at the game start throwing snow balls at their own players and coaches, trying to draw a penalty on Wyoming. That rule would be extremely hard to ...

I wouldn't consider Yoyo or Logan as surprises.
I'm surprised that our freshmen punter is starting to really come into his own. I figured he would struggle this year, especially after his Charlie Brown kick against Iowa.

Re: To those who actually thought we would be 6-3...
Wyoming is 14-7 during the last two regular seasons(minus the bowl game and the MW championship game). Last year we went 8-4 with a defense that gave up 700 yards to New Mexico, and this year we're 6-3 with an offense that hasn't clicked all season. It's amazing what a winning mentality can do for a...

Re: Exhibition game thread
It's good to see some of the young guys contribute with so many players missing. Moemeka looked like a monster around the rim with some nice blocks, put backs, and rebounds. Maldonado looks like he has the ability to become a Wyoming great with some slick offensive game. Meuller surprised the hell o...

Re: In honor of Joe Tiller on sheep week....
In honor of Joe Tiller on Sheep Week, today's Wyoming Cowboys football team donated the "Snow Game" to fit nicely in lore right alongside "The Drive". I feel like Josh, Marcus and Joe's memory has been honored with a suitable Border War to honor the legacy of Joe Tiller. Good gam...

Re: What a memorable game!
Just got back from that one and it's going into Border War lore as the "Snow Game". Man, what a blast. I feel blessed to have been a part of it, especially after Jean, Jean(#54), the dancing machine suddenly lost his ability to dance with 4:00 left in the game. Somehow, the WWF belt carryi...

Re: CSU -3.5
I think CSU's d line has the ability to finally unlock Wyoming's running game. They got manhandled by AFA olinemen, who are usually in the 260-275 pound range. I may have to disagree that the Poke O-line will have an advantage. The AFA linemen are quick. They are also "tuned", as it were,...

Maldonado is gonna be a special player. Liking what I see so far. Except the sloppiness Didn't catch the game live, but saw the highlights and presser and will probably get around to watching the full game replay at some point. Maldonado is SPECIAL. Honestly, he may have more upside than JJ and I l...

I like this idea one of the best games I ever attended!!!! Memories hopefully can make another one tomorrow...Love ya JT!! Im jealous. That game would have been a blast to attend. The fog bowl in 97/98(somewhere around there) was a fun game to attend in the Fort as well, although not with Joe, sadl...
