Re: Marketing
https://gowyo.com/staff-directory Looks like the marketing and fan experience staff is pretty vacant... The current AD for Marketing and Branding previously worked at Stanford as both the Director and Assistnat Athletic Director for Fan Experience and Community Relations. I'm having hard time unders...

Re: oh boy SDSU
I work in Title IX for a university not involved in this poop show, and this has been hilariously mismanaged. The reporting party went to the police the day after, so police and SDSU f-word up. Even if you want to wait for the evidence on the gang rape, Matt is on a recorded police tape, with police...

Re: Elephant in the room...
I live in Omaha now and we have an bar and restaurant tax (2.5%) (on top of the regular sales tax, 6%). It's helped fund a lot of things in our city such as the massive CWS baseball stadium. It's not very popular (what taxes are), but I think it's a pretty good compromise... It's completely optional...

Re: The MWC is canceling fall sports.
Too much liability and too big of risk of forcing players to organize. Players don't have a lot of rights. Covid is like dropping a lit cigarette in a silo full of fertilizer for the NCAA. I want them to play, but I can understand. The rich douchebags in charge arent sacrificing their profit margin...

Smug jerk. Waving and even blowing kisses to the people in the crowd for getting tossed. Not smug at all. It was the final game of his career. He was saying goodbye. I feel bad for the kid for going out that way. He didn't look down in the dumps about it. Did you watch the whole thing? Because he l...

Re: UW Enrollment Down 3%
It's more than just orientation sessions in a calendar year. UW Orientation students haven't even fully committed to UW yet. Unless things have changed dramatically, I know that the university is expecting less freshman to be entering the university this upcoming school year. This article is pretty ...
