Re: Recruiting….
Hopefully someone will emerge as a more athletic big. Ike has tremendous skill which makes up for a lack of athleticism that we have seen recently against the top tier MWC opponents. In watching these last few weeks closer, I would say that Ike moves about like Ugo did post his knee problems…

Re: Border War with Sheeep
Maybe I will be making something out of nothing in the eyes of others, but the treatment of Hunter Maldonado’s injury was alarming to me. I don’t know how much attention this was given on TV or the radio, so I will describe what I saw. Maldonado goes down close to the basket on our offensive side ne...

Re: Should We expect More?
I sure hope you aren’t suggesting that Wyoming could do better than Joe at the helm of the women’s program. 16 years with over 300 wins. 10 out of those 16 having 20 win seasons. 14 of those years having at least a .500 record in conference play. Sure it’s disappointing that they have never won a co...

Re: 80's/90's vs. 00's/10's
My team might not be able to stop anyone, but I would also like to see any of those previous teams defend my 00/10 team consisting of:
Brad Jones
Brandon Ewing
Afam Moujeke
Leonard Washington
Uche
I will also take Sean Ogirri coming off the bench as my sixth man to rain 3’s all day long!

Re: the real Josh Allen dillema
I find it surreal to see people coming to terms with the fact that we will never be an Alabama type of school. Someone really thought that was a possibility? I would love to hear anyone admit to the fact that we would be in the Alabama stratosphere. I was just trying to point out that we have major...

Re: the real Josh Allen dillema
With that kind of outlook, maybe you should just take your meds and climb back in bed. Maybe that’s what I need, my meds and back to bed. But here is something to think about: Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning what should Nebraska fans be feeling after an 0-3 start with the losses they have had? I ...

the real Josh Allen dillema
Ever since the middle of last season I have been looking at what it would mean if Josh Allen actually looked like someone who could succeed at the NFL level. I have quietly been hoping that he wouldn't succeed not because I don't want personal success in his life, but because I think it would have b...

Re: Cowgirls are in the WNIT
From what I have read about the WNIT in the past, they do not seed, but try their best to keep travel to a minimum while separating conferences. So the left side of the bracket is Midwest/West while the right side is all east coast teams. (For the most part)

Re: Legerski choke job
As I think wyokoke was eluding too...it would sure be nice if our men's program had as many "choke jobs" over the last 15 years that Joe Legerski has had. I'll take Joe Legerski's consistency any day of the week even if it leads to disappointment (or choking as you call it) over the mess a...

Re: Black 14 - Featured Story on ESPN
I would see nothing but positive things coming from the University bringing these players back on the 50th anniversary. I say that because I do believe it to be true and want that out there before I get slammed for the next comments I am about to make. 1. The feature quickly moved from a protest aga...

Re: Black 14 - Featured Story on ESPN
The Black 14 is an important story in the history of Wyoming athletics. I would say that probably for some time this was a significant black eye for the University. But after 50 years and with still some of the same things having to be fought/protested for in this country, I would find it hard to be...

Re: Did Josh Allen hype make this season more/less enjoyable for you?
I have thought a lot about this throughout the season. At first it was exciting to have so much recognition from the media after a great run to the mountain west title game a year ago. And then as the season went along I really felt bad for our defense that carried our team to at least 6 of our wins...

Re: Wyoming @ Denver
Best recruiter we ever had was Heath Schroyer, too bad he also was a horrible coach and figure head of Wyoming. The damage we could have done in the Mountain West is still disappointing to think about all these years later. Desmar Jackson (helped improve a Southern Illinois team that was a doormat i...

Re: What we expected all along from the sheep
I am as quick as anyone to want to jump on the CSU hater banter, but it is pretty discouraging to see people try to hate on CSU over something that we can't exactly boast about ourselves. Apparently whyoh and onePokeovertheline haven't been to a game in the past 15 years...

Hunter Thompson breakdown
I don't know how many of you have had a chance to watch Hunter Thompson over the last couple years but I got to see him for the first time tonight as the Hornets traveled here to Kimball, NE and put on a show against the much smaller and outclassed Longhorns. Take aways from Hunter Thompson's perfor...

Re: Playoffs are a bad thing
The logical solution is for the power five conferences to get over any kind of conference jealousy, consolidate to 4 conferences with 16-20 teams, play round robin within your division and then that perfectly sets up an eight team playoff for the national championship (week 1 conference championship...

Re: That blocked punt was criminal
I was not able to stay up the whole time to watch the game so you'll have to explain to me what Wells and Heupel did that was unsportsmanlike. In my opinion if a team is just running their offense (and with the backup QB) and just keeps kicking our teeth in that's our bad, not theirs. The only true ...

Re: That blocked punt was criminal
I have always hated these offset punt formations! If teams were more aggressive on special teams that nonsense would stop in a hurry.
