At this point, anytime a team or person is up then loses, it should be called a Vigen.

High school volleyball team goes up a match then swept, they Vigened it. Playing a par game and double bogey on the last hole, it’s a Vigen.

At some point you have to justify being among the most expensive coaching staffs in the MW. Close losses don’t do it.
