As you can see Boise State and San Diego State are locks for eligibility at 100% each. Air Force and Wyoming have one foot in the door at 98.3 and 85.6 percent respectively while New Mexico, Utah State, Colorado State and Hawaii are all fighting for what looks like the final two spots. Fresno State and San Jose State are all but eliminated with both schools having a less than one-percent chance of reaching six wins.
