In addition to the players who will be on scholarship there was a massive list of 25 walk-ons who will join the Cowboy Football program this summer and fall. These players may lack the ability to play Division 1 football right now, but after a redshirt year and a few years in the weight program a handful of these players may develop into productive players who are able to contribute as juniors and seniors.
