Lost Wages Thursday is back and we are black and blue after last week’s challenge bet loss. Much like our Cowboys the other Cowboys in Stillwater lost their football game which cost us all of our challenge bet earnings to date and puts us at a slight loss for the season. After the Texas Tech debacle and now this one by Oklahoma State, the Big 12 is now banned from Lost Wages Thursday. It’s an unpredictable league because from week to week any given team may completely forget how to play defense. This is a lesson learned and we will use it going forward. We did hit on the UNLV vs New Mexico over though, so all is not lost. There is still plenty of time to get back profit with a month and a half plus of regular season football left. We will start up a new challenge bet next week.

Last Week’s Profit: – $29.67

Season Profit: – $3.53

Current Pot: $46.47

Season Picks: 10 of 14

Now on to this week’s rebound picks!

Duck Duck Husky

Oregon will host Washington in a high profile Pac-12 game. Washington played the old Oregon coach (Chip Kelly) in a game last week that saw a total of 55 points being scored in a 31 to 24 Washington win. The Oregon offense is light years better than the UCLA offense in Kelly’s first year so the over looks good here especially with Washington able to chip in 20 to 25 points of their own.

The Bet: $5.00 on the OVER (58 points) Washington at Oregon (-110)

$5.00 returns $4.55

North vs South

The Mean Green don’t necessarily play some mean defense but North Texas has hit the under in all six of their games this season. Southern Miss is their opponent this week at home and the Golden Eagles have hit the under in half of their games so far in 2018. Both teams run balanced offenses that eat up some clock time that helps shorten games. Cheer for defense in Denton, Texas this Saturday.

The Bet: $5.00 on the UNDER (57 points) Southern Miss at North Texas (-110)

$5.00 returns $4.55

Remember to always gamble responsibly. Good luck to us and let’s see some Wyoming offense in Fresno, California.
