Is this progress? Honestly I do not know. There were extenuating circumstances with the injury to Brett Smith but shouldn’t a coach in his fourth year have enough talent and depth to beat a FCS team at home regardless? I think that is the question that has to be answered, more on this tomorrow.
You know I became a fan of the Pokes a few years back being from Michigan and I love everything about the them. I know losses are part of the game I can accept that fact but losing like Michigan did to Appy State some time back is no different than last night’s loss to Cal Poly. Like both schools it is very embarrassing when you lose to schools like these. Come on Pokes you’re better than what you showed. GO POKES!!!
