I would like to see:

For me, any combination of the following four guys would be great:

1. Jeremy Cox
2. Charles Bradley
3. Steve Gosar
4. Marcus Bailey

The dream line up would be:

1. Mike Dunlap as the head guy
2. Jeremy Cox as an assistant
3. Charles Bradley as an assistant
4. Steve Gosar as an assistant
5. Marcus Bailey as an assistant

I think you load up the assistants with talented guys that have Wyoming ties and let them know that one of them will get the head job when Gillespie moves on to greener pastures.

I know this is probably a little to high of a goal, but it should still be THE goal.

In reality, give me Gillespie, Dunlap, or Shyatt as the head coach and at least one of the assistants listed above and I'll be tickled pink.
Wyoming Cowboy basketball:

Helm's foundation National Champions 1934.

NCAA tournament MVP and two time College Basketball Player of the Year Kenny Sailors, who is credited with inventing the jump shot.

Do you remember Cowboy Basketball?

I do.

Bailey I think would be a good assistant, as he knows what it takes to win from a personal standpoint, and how to work as a team. Put him under say, Gillespie for a few years, and then I think he would be a good back-up should Gillespie leave. Plus he not only is a graduate, but also a Wyoming boy, so he has strong ties through and through.
