With all the Bohl drama, no topic on NCAA prez comment:
Baker's proposal would require schools that want to be a part of a new tier of Division I to commit to paying their athletes tens of thousands of dollars per year on top of athletic scholarships.

I know these are just comments at the moment, but so were rumblings of the playoff. The writing is on the wall. The next playoff negotiation will not include us. Merge with FCS? New FBS? It's coming.
