Can Someone Explain Euro Pro BBall to me?

So Josh Adams is playing for Beshiktas in Turkey. Is this a good club? I recall that Deron Williams signed with this club, but never played for them that one season the NBA was threatening a lockout.
Is there a champions league with European basketball like there is with soccer?

I cant answer any of those but once i was browsing the teams website and saw josh adams was in the all star slam dunk contest over there. Wish i knew how he did.

All I know is that Adams starts at PG over former UCONN national champion Ryan Boatright so he seems to be holding his own pretty well over there.
