Sure they are 1-11, easy for us to overlook, but this is their championship game, regardless if Josh plays or not, which I see maybe 1/2 and 1/2 with Nick and Josh. Our D should manhandle this Spartans squad, my feeling is after yet another slow start, Pokes get er done 34-17
Happy Thanksgiving WyoNation!!!! Have a great day/holiday

This game is a no win situation, with or without Josh. If we win everyone will say, "No big deal; it's San Jose" If we lose...no explanation is necessary. Let's just win and stay healthy for our bowl game. (Hopefully in Arizona)
Happy Thanksgiving!

If we win, we get to 8 wins, which in my book is a solid season. Yes, I inevitably had my hopes raised higher before the Boise State game, but if you had asked me before this season if I had been okay with 8 wins and a chance at 9 in a bowl, I would definitely have said yes.

8 wins is awesome as long as next year meets this year or better. Should be doable with the weaker conference.

Well, no more QB powers with Nick Smith straight into the middle of 7 defenders, I think we should be okay.

The receiving game has gotten much better (far fewer drops, but they need to keep going for the ball), and even the run game has started to pick up. And provided he can keep Scotty Hazelton, our defense could be even better next year.

I agree on the qb power. The sad part is that worked really well nick smiths fresman year.

Smith seemed to have lost speed, but became a better pocket passer. If we ran a triple option team, I'd be more concerned. But since we don't, having Smith be a more traditional QB is fine by me.

Agree with an Arizona bowl and will be there. (I live in Buckeye)

On ESPN 3 now. Austin Fort caught the ball, went down, and barely moved after. Commercial break, 0-0 early in the first.

Hope he is ok. Got to love the same plan of last week on 3rd and long throw a pass 2 yards short so that we can punt.

Hate to say it but we'll be lucky to win this game today. I mean just look at the offensive play calling again this week. Let's throw on 3rd and 6 for 4 yards.

We're going to see this nonsense all day long passes for 2 - 3 yards short of the 1st down marker.

Nevermind. SJSU nearly got a pick 6.

Don't we have red shirt QB for next year? We'll be lucky to win 1-2 games if we don't.

Bad pass. That was a first down if it was not behind the reciever

That was not a good offensive possession. Vanilla play calling and dropped passes puts us in a 3rd and long and it doesn’t end well. Times for the D to step up again

And SJSU waltzes into the EZ. This is going to be one of those games.
