Wyoming Men's Basketball: Shyatt seeking more feedback on new college basketball rules (WyoSports.net)
He (Shyatt) said he is not a fan of critics of the college game — along with proposed rule changes — that take away teams’ ability to play different styles and force a game more uniform to the NBA. (Thanks Coach.)
Summer workouts:
Shyatt said all of his players arrived on time and healthy for the start of summer school and workouts last Monday.
He said during the first 10 days, the players focus on lifting, cardio and shooting workouts.
“That will help them understand how to work and how hard they are going to need to work,” he said. “The times they’re on the court with me and the staff, they’re going to work like dogs. We’re going to make sure our culture is not affected.”

UW’s Lieberman to play in European Maccabi Games (WyoSports.net)
LARAMIE – It was an offer too good for Jeremy Lieberman to refuse – both on and off the basketball court.
The University of Wyoming sophomore guard will play in the European Maccabi Games July 27-Aug. 5 in Berlin, Germany. He is on the U.S. men’s basketball team made up of current and former college players.

That was uncomfortable to listen to. The show over on 1480 does a much better job interviewing guests. That was brutalCuttslam wrote:That was horrible radio.Cowboy Junky wrote:Kevin McKinney on the zone,

There are some good away/neutral games on that schedule this year. Football wise, I've been debating about going out to Appalachia state in October or San Diego State in November.Cowboy Junky wrote:Here's some of Gags thoughts on the schedule,

If Naughton is that big, he would've been the biggest guy on our team last year sans Barnes.
I'm going to say Naughton plays, as well as Dalton. Moemeka redshirts.

"Serious ups.'' It sounds like Moemeka could do a lot of what Cooke did last year.

There were some pictures floating around of James and Moemeka soon after they signed with Wyoming. The pictures were of both of them with their heads about level with the basket. Both have some good vertical hops.
