When was the last time we drew 27,000 for a non- conference opponent that wasn't Texas, Nebraska....
Bohl has got this attendance thing rolling. Little league coaches love this program.

Game days in good weather are pretty pleasant in Laramie. It’s the place to be!

I did not expect such a big crowd for a Labor Day weekend. Some people saying it could sell out.

Great news. I too thought attendance would be a little down on Labor Day weekend. I'm sure part of it is carryover from the shut down last year. There is probably also a little bit of regional interest contributing. Still WAAAY better than I was thinking, too.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 10:43 am I did not expect such a big crowd for a Labor Day weekend. Some people saying it could sell out.
The year before covid we set our all-time average attendance record. Its good to see that Covid didn't kill that. Hopefully it will carry over to hoops as well.ragtimejoe1 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 12:00 pmGreat news. I too thought attendance would be a little down on Labor Day weekend. Definitely a good sign. Always weird to me how Idaho was the biggest draw that year and how the Nevada game was 5K+ less than any other game.Old-Bull wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 12:05 pmThe year before covid we set our all-time average attendance record. Weren't there road closures for that Nevada game. Western WY got hammered while it was a decent day in Laramie. MAybe I'm making that up. Anyway, that Idaho game was nearly a sell out and we basically shat the bed as much as you can while still winning.ragtimejoe1 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 12:36 pmDefinitely a good sign. You are probably right. My memory is terrible and that was a couple years ago. For some reason I was thinking it was nice that weekend, haha.LanderPoke wrote: ↑Wed Sep 01, 2021 3:27 pmWeren't there road closures for that Nevada game. That day in Laramie for the Nevada game was absolutely perfect, but I think colorado and Cheyenne had some weather... I remember waking up in the morning in Laramie and my buddies car wouldn't start because it snowed so much and the roads to Cheyenne were very sketchy, as I had to get to Denver to catch a flight
