Is anyone on here gonna be in the path to totality, and or you going to do anything for it? I live in Cheyenne but going to go to my sisters backyard in Casper to have a party as I have Monday off, been planning for about 3 years now and can't wait. I went to Glendo yesterday and it was still fairly full at about 4pm, but I've heard that they have sold about 38,000 campsites. It's gonna be a neat thing and hope y'all give it a chance!!!

it's spozed to be nice for August, finally, and I'm truly excited about it, and brings a much needed economic boost to our state at this time of year as well....it's gonna be neat and again short lived and a once in a lifetime thing!!!! Try to have fun with it if you can!!!

It got pretty dark here just outside the total zone, but I couldn't see any stars. The sky was perfectly clear (severe clear).
You can tell how big a person is by what it takes to discourage him/her.

93% here in Western Montana.. didn't really get dark, got a little cooler. Kind of amazing that 7% of the sun showing kept this place as light as it was.

in a few words, lol, IT was AWESOME, it did get twilight dark with a sunset/sunrise feeling for 360 degrees it cooled off 9 degrees and it was an awesome event, UNTIL I chose to come home yesterday left at 2:18PM got back to Cheyenne at 10:30PM, yes you read that right, but it was a different type of traffic jam that I'll probably NEVER experience in Wyoming ever again.
Fun, fun day, have a hangover from it today and NOT just liquor induced, fun, fun
