Looks like he played college ball at Boise State. Then spent 5 years at LSU as an Assistant S&C coach. Went to Youngstown State as the Director of S&C for at least 1 year. And then went back to LSU as the Assistant Coordinator of S&C.
He's worked for a number of years under Tommy Moffitt, who at a salary of $410,000/year probably knows a thing or two.

Yes. Scott Frost was hired as coach of UCF and he immediately recruited and brought Zach Duaval to UCF from Wyoming. I believe you are referring to Russell Dennison who resigned under circumstances that were never detailed by either party. A lot of suspicion about something unethical/inappropriate.
