This is a great, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the city of Laramie, Albany County and SE Wyoming to gain some really desirable and important land. Please read up, spread the word and donate if you can. This WILL make Laramie a nicer place to live (especially if you like mountain biking, hiking and the outdoors) and thus will strengthen the University of Wyoming.
