Reading between the lines it looks like this is an alternate, or third option, for a uniform. So we'll have brown, gold, and white tops and bottoms and all can be mix-matched.

As you read in the release, the teams don't release the numbers they chalk up.. so unless UW was doing unofficial timing there wasn't any data.. which sucks, but whatever. I'm sure if UW released numbers that were contrary to what teams were measuring that could potentially hurt draft stock.
