Re: Vote for Marcus Harris & Jay Novacek

Voted for Jay on that poll...he was excellent with the NFL's Cowboys. I also voted for Bob Devaney since he went on to win two NC's at Nebraska and voted the '88 team as the best because I didn't know anything about the '60 NMSU team that went undefeated which would be something given their history ...

Re: Question for those at spring game

I support using a lot of Wyoming's culture and tradition in a video hyping the football team, because again, whether you like it or not, this tradition is one which if nothing else, is one of toughness and grit. If you ever spent ONE DAY with a rancher or cowboy, you would see countless parallels t...

Re: Marketing Idea for UW...

Colorado's players have been doing that as well as part of their interns...surely UW's defensive players could do that.

Re: Found this on EBAY

It's simply pure economics when it comes to supply and demand. UT fans did show up in good numbers last season at Boulder so I think to those fans, a couple to a few more hours further down the road would be nothing to them. Also seating just 30k is bound to make the ticket market tight at times.

Re: UW Football coaches...

That Christien is a very good coach...he was with Gary Pinkel at Toldeo when they won quite a few MAC championships and then they got to Mizzou, Christien decided to move away from a conventional two back offense to a spread offense with Brad Smith and Chase Daniel with success. My beloved CU Buffs...

Re: MWC Media Poll Out Now...

Preseason media polls are just preseason polls. I believe the Pokes can win up to seven games (Texas, Colorado, TCU, BYU, and Utah would be the games that the Pokes would lose).

I don't think DC would tell you how he does that.

Re: I am getting RIPPED on gowyogo!

When you leave message boards, people who are on those message boards can end up being full of it and I have been down that road before. The best thing to do is not talk about boards like that on different boards...just leave that board behind for good if that is your goal.

Re: Curry the deed

In that spread offense, having more athlethes would be helpful and it can be considered like basketball on grass. With those spread offenses, it seems like schools who deploy the spread offense will be more likely to recruit multi-sport athletes especially ones that play both football and basketball.

Re: Another Commitment

It looks like DC is doing a nice job with the QBs given that they run 4.5 40 yard dashes. Chase Daniel at Missouri wasn't a slow player himself...if you check the 2005 Missouri class, Daniel ran a 4.5 40 as well. Cowboy fans should be more excited about this offense down the road.

Given that Christien came from Mizzou, their uni's seem similar to what the Tigers wear.
