Re: Adidas Unis..
Speaking of which - does anybody here play hockey? Apparently there's a Wyoming-branded team playing men's league at the Promenade in Westminster. Helmets are really cool, brown is good, but the yellow they picked is, well... not any of the Wyoming yellows. I'd be tempted to try to get on the team ...

Re: University Of Wyoming Plans to Move Campus To Casper by
I think that would be beyond a terrible move by the university. Moving away from the front range would really hurt not only attendance but the student enrollment. UW pulls a lot of students from that area because it is close and cheaper then colorado schools. It may make it easier for a portion of p...

The plan is for a 80x30ft long scoreboard at the south end which will be the largest board in the mwc.303cowboy wrote:First impression. Where is the scoreboard? Are they going to move it to the South end?

"I don’t know how many great players have come out of the state of Wyoming, but he could be up there. If there is one, he could be just as good as those guys once he learns the game." Since Rumph doesn't think Wyoming has ever produced any football players worthy of mention, here's a list...

Re: Arena-Auditorium To Get Second Round of Upgrades
I really do get the feeling lately that we aren't going to see much more improvements in any facility for quite some time. They don't seem overly interested in finishing off the upgrades to the AA. They don't seem overly interested in upgrading the west side of the War. I think our facilities upgra...

This article was just poorly written, while there have been some minor changes the project is going as planned. The latest rendings are definitely cool.

Re: Landmark...jeezus
PCwyo, Appreciate you posting the dept's reply. In regards to your reply, I don't see where they were going to put you in poorer seats? This becomes a non-issue if people actually use their seats. As far as enforcement goes... Go to a Rockies game, you cant sit in row 1 of the 3rd baseline if your ...

Re: Landmark...jeezus
Having sat in the student section down behind the basket for a good majority of the season so far i have yet to see landmark hassle the students. there have been times where i thought they would with the things that the students were saying but they didn't. maybe i'm wrong but it seems that they ha...

Re: Landmark...jeezus
I was one of several thousand Poke fans that made the trek to Laramie on Sunday. We were treated to a Cowboy win with over 8000 empty seats looking on with us. We bought tickets in F2...yep, upper deck in the cheap seats so our kids wouldn't bother the padded seats in the lower bowl. We sat in thos...

Re: Attendance
It wasn't a mess up. They decided to change some things in the design process that removed more seats. Good to know. Any idea why they didn't let the fanbase know about the changes in design? Well in my opinion it seems like it would be unnecessary to to tell the public all the changes that occurre...

Re: Attendance
Ya the original masterplan has changed a lot. the club area is being scaled down quite a bit because we lost so many seats in phase one. Oh my...that is a serious f-word up on UW's part. Wonder where the accountability will end up...I would bet the architect &/or engineering groups. Probably wi...

Dave said the new AA capacity is 11,600 As of now, or after the final phase? I would think that figure was after the final phase. :twocents: I would assume after phase 2 but he did say old capacity 15000 and the new AA capacity 11600. FWIW The 11600 is the current capacity of the AA after the first...
